30-day returns, including opened products
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are accepted. Customers pay return shipping costs.
How to return a product
- Email hello@liveapexhouse.com with your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for your return.
- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Send the product to the return address below and include your order number.

Refund timing
We issue refunds for eligible returns within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Damaged products
If your product arrives damaged, email us your order number, photos of the damage and a description of the problem. We will review the photos and description and issue a refund for the damaged product. We will tell you if a return is required. If the product must be returned, the customer pays return shipping and we issue the refund within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
